Rowland Edwards is a partner at Allen Law Group and a trial attorney who represents individuals and families in cases involving serious personal injuries, wrongful death, transportation negligence, and civil rights violations. Based in Chicago, Rowland handles complex civil litigation involving catastrophic injuries, trucking and transportation incidents, and police and institutional misconduct. Before entering private practice, Rowland served as both a criminal prosecutor and a civil attorney in the Cook County State's Attorney's Office. He represented the State in the Criminal Prosecutions Bureau and the Civil Actions Bureau, where he tried cases, advised public officials, and managed government litigation in state and federal court.
Rowland later joined an international law firm, where he expanded his practice into maritime and transportation law. He represented commercial clients in arbitrations, personal injury defense matters, and cross-border disputes involving shipping and logistics.
